1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

2Member Eligibility

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) directly, with no additional currency conversion.

• Each bonus may only be claimed by one eligible member per offer. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud.

8Account Security and User Responsibilities

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.

Mbi33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your personal device remains your own responsibility.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Mbi33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including:

• Violation of any terms or conditions in this document.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misconduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the mbi33 support team. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required security checks have been completed.

10Liability Limits

Mbi33's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.
